I don't understand why there is so much negative feedback. This is a simple business that offers hair services. Hair services don't promise to treat you like royalty. You come in, get your services done, and leave. If the stylists were a little rough, it's understandable because they work with hair and scalp. Don't take it personally. Anyway, I had my hair done today by a stylist named 'My' and it was a great experience. My had a positive energy and the atmosphere in the salon was nice and relaxed. They no longer offer water due to COVID-19, but that's not a big deal. It was a pleasant visit with My. -Marie

This is my first time coming to Drybar. Thank you to my colleague to introduce me to this place. This won't be the last time I visit a DryBar. SONNY WAS AWESOME. I wish I could take Sonny home with me to Hawaii.

I have no idea why the rating on this Drybar is so low, because this is the best one I've been to! I travel a lot, so I've been to a good amount of Drybars. They were running right on time and we're ready as soon as I walked in. I asked for a voluminous blowout that would last me the entirety of my trip, and that's exactly what they did. This is by far the best blowout I've gotten and I received so many compliments. The staff was so friendly, from my stylists (I have a lot of hair so it was a tag team effort) to the woman at the front desk. All very nice people who know what they're doing! Couldn't recommend this location more.

If you're looking for a great blowout in Philly, I would recommend Drybar. It was very easy to make an appointment online. I love that the location is near hotels, restaurants and shopping! I was greeted and asked what kind of blowout I wanted. The hairstylist showed me a book for inspiration and then we went to the sink. I paid for a 10 min scalp massage and she definitely massages my scalp. My scalp felt so clean. Overall the appointment took about 45 min. It was relaxing and fast which is what I wanted!
